Excellent location for exploring the old town and nearby attractions. a pleasant stroll to the castle. The rooftop lounge is a fantastic place to unwind, boasting great city views, while the room had a comfy bed and nice lighting. However, the safe was somewhat impractical at floor level, and although breakfast offered a variety of local dishes, it came at a steep price that didn’t seem worth it for the value.

great location but breakfast could improve
The hotel location is outstanding, making it easy to reach major attractions via public transport. The staff, particularly Ivan at the front desk, were excellent in providing directions and tips for the best tourist spots. The comfort of my room was noticeable, with a peaceful garden view that enhanced my relaxation during the stay.
The breakfast options were somewhat limited, which was disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.

I stayed in a Junior Suite with access to the Rooftop Lounge and was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and quietness of the room. The breakfast was fab, with a variety of options, and I loved the cool detail of the pillow menu. The staff were incredibly helpful, allowing us to store our luggage and use the spa before check-out. Also, the location is perfect for exploring the city.
The bathroom floor had poor drainage.

On the downside, breakfast left something to be desired with stale pastries and limited options, not quite fitting a hotel of this caliber. Access to the rooftop facilities required an extra charge, which felt disappointing given the room rate.

Central location with a great rooftop spa
I loved the central position of the hotel, which made it easy to explore the old town and the castle on foot. The rooftop spa was a highlight, offering stunning views and excellent facilities. It was a nice touch to have access to water and fruit in the spa area, making relaxation even better. However, I noticed that the breakfast options were quite repetitive. it would have been nice to see more variety during my stay.
