Location - great, so close to bus lines as well as charming Bratislava. Also, very close to the city center. Nice design of interiors in comfort double room. Exceptionally comfortable beds and excellent service.

We have no wishes, we just stay for two nights and admiring Bratislava
The price for breakfast is to high, so it is normaly to go in the city and have breakfast there for much lower price.

The hotel features a lovely garden view that was quiet, ensuring relaxation. The reception staff were notably efficient and provided helpful information about local transport. The bathroom cleanliness could use improvement. A solid choice for a stay in the city.

the hotel has a good atmosphere and the breakfast ist very good. the rooms are very clean and modern, maybe a little bit small. The location is in the downtown. The stuff is very friendly.

As in many Hotels, internet should be free of charge, interior was nice but carpets looked cheap.

Friendliness of staff. They were very helpful when I needed an adaptor to charge my phone.
I didn't dislike anything about the hotel, however, I felt that the City tax charge was not explained prior to booking. Whilst this was a minimal charge I didn't know about it prior to booking.
